foreign grad seeking license by endorsement

Hi guys, I'm so confused and really need help. I'm a nurse in the philippines and I also got an RN license in New York. My problem is I want to endorse my license in Pennsylvania which they require me to do cgfns again for my ces. My question is I already had cvs before for my new york, do I still need to do the whole process again for ces? Pls. I need help.

If that is what they require then yes you will have to do it.

CGFNS should be able to use documents they received for cvs for CES. Cvs doesn't generate a report and that is what CES is

I think you just have to submit CES application and they should be able to tell you have submitted before as I think you need to use your CGFNS number
