I recently took NCLEX and passed! I had 17 sata and 75 questions...Here is my suggestion GET THE EXAM CRAM BOOK (FOR THE CD), I worked with Saunders 4 ed (the blue book) ..after I completed the questions I went back and looked at the rationales even if I got the question right, but IMO the exam cram CD is most like NCLEX and it even shuts off just like nclex does when you reach the pass point. HOWEVER, I think the MOST important key is to KEEPING GOD w/you, pray from HIM to guide you in preparation for this test and I truely believe that He is the reason that I passed!! Good Luck to everyone who is taking NCLEX. As far as review classes are concerned I took RHINEHART Review class ( they just happen to be the people who wrote exam cram) it is $300 and you can attend the class as often as you want...they also offer the review online....but the CD is the key. Also when you are studying dont strictly look over content remember to include infection control, how to position patients for procedures etc those are some things we were taught in our review class!!Good Luck, God Bless and I will be praying for those of you taking Nclex...feel free to PM me if you would like me to pray for you, I was lucky enough to have lots of people praying for me when I took NCLEX!!!

I dont think its too late to get the exam cram book, I only worked with the cd about 5x...im just saying that the questions on exam cram and NCLEX 3500 are most like NCLEX ( to me ). Had I not done exam cram and nclex 3500 I can think of several questions that I would have gotten wrong...now they werent the same questions word for word but by reading the rationale I was able to pull that information back up and apply it to the questions on NCLEX!! You could probably do fine w/ anything you use, but if it were me and I had to do this again I would get exam cram again in a heart beat, JMO!! Good Luck!
