does anybody happen to know the number of applicants that have applied for this semester compared to the past two semesters?

i am just curious to see if the opening of the mountain view program has had any impact on this, or if there was still a large number of applicants due to missing the last application period since it started in the summer.

i was thinking about calling the nursing office, but i'm afraid that they will throw my application in the trash for bothering them! haha.

I am a nursing student at Brookhaven now. I spoke with the Dean the other day and she said that they received over 400 applications. They will be taking the top 40 applicants.

Is that about the same as last semester as far as the amount of applicants??

I called the secretary last week and she said it was ABOUT the same...but she could have been lying! haha

ann cortez told us today the number was around 230, maybe just a little higher. and, the lowest points chosen for the 60 for interviews was 27.0 and the high range was approx. 36! wide range!

I have had a couple of people who had 27.something, and a 28 who did not get chosen for an interview so it must have been a bit higher

No, I had 27.something and a friend of mine had 28. We were both chosen for the interview, and she got accepted.

Don't quote me on this but a little birdy told me today that Brookhaven and Mountainview are taking larger classes for fall 2009, possible even multiple classes...shhh....
