Just an FYI. I started a thread awhile back titled, "AF COT 08/23/2010 Anyone Else out there?" There has been a bunch of posts and etc from those, including myself, who will be there. :) Welcome and Congrats!

Ok I just requested to join on FB and all it says is: "Unable to Join. Group membership is restricted."

Sorry for starting a new thread I think I just got tired of searching thur stuff..... Spooky cat if you ask to join on the right you can see where is says cancel request. That means you just have to wait till they accept you. It happened to me the other day when I tried too.

I don't mean to sound dense, but honestly I am not seeing what you are referring to.

At the top of the page I see a button that says "Request to Join," which I have clicked. A box appears and states "Add group membership?" & "Do you want to join US Air Force COT 10-06?" Options are "Join" or "Cancel." Clicking "Join" opens another pop-up box with this message:

Unable to Join

Group membership is restricted

From here I can only click "Okay" and nothing happens.

To the right of my screen all I can see is sponsored ads. To the left it has a "Report Group" link and a "Share" link.

There are no other links or buttons on the page besides a link to the COT website.
