I was charting about a dressing change i did, and i overheard another nurse talking about chocolates she brought for everyone to enjoy. I had a brain fart and ended up writing in the chart "Foot remains in chocolate" rather than "foot remains in protective boot"- like i wanted to write. i laughed so hard, and i showed everyone. just wanted to share :)
