FNP and PMHNP

For those in California who are dual certificate in FNP and Psych I have a question please. 

I'm in the process of endorsing my License from another state but very confused as to what forms to fill out for NP. Do I need to fill out 2 NP applications to cover both FNP and PMHNP or do I need to fill out the general NP one and the Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse which says listing so very confusing. If anyone will help me out, I will be grateful. I have called BON over and over , not able to get a hold of a human. I have also sent out an email but no one has responded. I'm desperate

I just came here for the same question.  I’m an FNP licensed in several states and a PMHNP in just one.  Have been looking at getting licensed more as a PMHNP to give me more remote opportunities
