FNP board preparation

I recently graduated from an MSN program and am preparing to take either AANP or ANCC. For those of you that we're successful on the boards tell me what you did to prepare. We're predictor and practice exams more helpful or studying by review books or live reviews? Any feedback will greatly help.

I used the Fitzgerald Review and passed ANCC first try. I looked at the blueprint for ANCC and AANP and found that what my program covered best matched the ANCC blueprint. Best of luck to you.

I just graduated with my DNP. I'm scheduled to take the AANP. I'm taking Fitzgerald's live review next week. I am also using the APEA Qbank for practice questions because it came highly recommended.

Haven't tested yet but will be taking the ANCC FNP exam. I attended a live Fitzgerald review (which was awesome!), have done q-bank but not really impressed with it, and BoardVitals - which I highly recommend. Also using Leik and Fitzgerald's other review book (not the one I got at the review session). Read the first several chapters of the ANCC 2 volume set and have skimmed the rest of the books. I'm in the process of reviewing areas I identified as weaker - ortho is my kryptonite!!! Have done a couple of APEA predictor exams, scoring in the low to mid-80's. Haven't taken the post-exam after the Fitz review yet.

I am taking the FNP with AANP in 7 weeks. I did APEA quizzes, Review with Hollier, reading Leik and Fitzgerald. I think Fitzgerald is on point. Leik is good for quick review. I am still unsure if 7 weeks are good enough for prep'
