Like normal values for sodium, calcium, potassium and such? Each school is different and goes by different lab values although they are close. I guess I would wait for lecture. I did a search on my phone but didn't get many useful results. We will be going over F&E (Fundamentals) next week. I'm just now starting to do the reading so I'm just looking for general tips and tricks that helped you through F&E, normal values, and their respective imbalances.I found a mnemonic or two online (ex A Sic Walt, ROME) but was wondering what was useful to you, anything not mainstream? Mnemonics, thought process, study guides, etc all welcome.
How I learned is using flashcards. Whenever I am at work, at the gym, studying, whatever I just pull my cards out
