got mine at kroger a couple of weeks ago... i got one last year and only had one cold.... i went a few years and didn't get them.. being stubborn... and i was sicker during those years... i don't know if it was related but just my personal opinion on my health... i have never had a reaction.. just a little sore a day or so..
