Flu shot or Masks or Termination

Has it been mandated in your dialysis facilities flu shot or wear masks 24/7 when at work?

I know that the managers are going to come down hard on the staff that refuse to have vaccination.

They have to enforce wearing the masks or be terminated.

How have your staff reacted to this if it has been made into policy?

Tennessee is a right to work state so you can be fired at will, no cause needed. Everyone in my unit took the shot as they made it mandatory. Sure you could wear the mask but let them catch you once without it and...
