Florida State University (FSU) BSN to DNP FALL 2023

Hey everyone, I am accepted to the DNP FNP program at Florida State University (FSU). Anyone else starting there fall 2023? Anyone that are current students have any experiences they'd like to share or tips? Thanks I'm advance ?

Same, all I was able to find is people choosing it over other Florida state NP schools

I received my acceptance letter today! Super excited! ? It took 4 business days for me to hear back, I'm planning for the FT track. And I'm from Tallahassee so I'm lucky enough to be local.

Does anyone have a strong opinion about laptop vs tablet?  I bought a  Surface for undergrad and have been using it for the past 7 years, but know that I'll have to upgrade before the program starts in the Fall.  I am trying to decide between an iPad vs a MacBook, and I don't think I can swing getting both.  Does anyone have a strong opinion?

I've always swayed laptop for college because it was easier for me to use during lectures and multi task.  Are you the FNP track too?

Yay! Have you heard about the program from anyone in it? I've tried looking for reviews but nothing really on it

Personally I'd say laptop,  but I HATE my MAC for school. It's so hard to convert every file so I would have to work from Google on everything. Pain in the butt.

There are two approved ways to create a special place for your cohort.

 One: create a facebook page. This link may be posted.

 Two: Premium members may create a "club" by clicking on the Breakroom link in the yellow bar to the left of this page. Then click on "Create A New Club" in the green bar at the top of the page, and follow instructions.

   References to other than these two avenues will be moved from view, to comply with the Terms of Service.
