Starting a thread for the applicants to the University of Central Florida Daytona and Cocoa Campus, with the starting semester of Spring 2014. Anyone else out there?

I am a hopeful as well! :)

Hey all!!! I'm a hopeful as well! Excited for this journey!

Hey guys! I'm currently in the Cocoa program, so if you have any questions I'm happy to answer them. :)

Hello, I am applying for the Cocoa campus!

@knightsnurse, how rigorous is the program? Any tips?

The program isn't easy at all, but if you put in effort it's definitely doable. If you get in, my advice for first semester is to get organized asap. First semester isn't too difficult with material, they're just going to throw a lot at you at once so it's important to stay on top of your work.

I'm a hopeful too!

Hey jerrica!! I see you are applying again & good luck !! Do you know if you have an interview again ?

Yep! Applying again! I'm determined to get into this program! All of my prerequisites are finished, and I am ready to take on this program full force. I'm prepared to head into this years interview with passion, and I am know the third time is the charm for me. No wait list this year! Application is in. Just got to finish the certified profile again.

Hello everyone, I'm also currently in the Cocoa nursing program and will help answer any questions. Good luck to everyone and hope to see you at the interviews.

P.S. I'm pretty curious who knights nurse is if you want to shoot me a pm that's be awesome.

Hello everyone! I am a hopeful for the UCF Cocoa Nursing program for Spring 2014 semester. I am currently waiting to finish my Summer term classes, then submitting my application. I have already finished and submitted the background check along with my TEAS test results.

I am a hopeful for the Cocoa campus. This forum has been a lot of help to me over the past few months. I'll have a 4.0 in prereqs but I have to retake the TEAS as I only got a 73% when I tried in July :( I'm taking it on 13th so definitely in crunch time and definitely stressing because it would be pretty depressing to have worked this hard (took 4 sciences this summer) and not even be able to apply because of the TEAS. Does anybody in the program think I have a shot if I get a minimum/"low" TEAS score? I'm hoping the 4.0 will save me. Good luck to all!
