I am in our Fl hospital at least once a month but I can't remember if they have caffeine or not, I'll have to look when I go tomorrow night!
that they only have vegetarian food in their cafeteria though, for sure- at least in our branch, unless they've changed it in the last year or so. There were a few other things that I'm trying to remember that a friend who is a former employee told me.... seems like there was something about jewelry, like you couldn't wear anything but a little cross on a necklace or something (I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that was it). There were definitely a few other things related to its status as a 7th Day Adventist hospital but I just can't remember.
Here's a quote from the link pasted below:
"Diet: Members are expected to abstain from alcohol, tobacco, and every other "soul-defiling habit".
They were once also expected to abstain from caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea, cola drinks etc. The church has removed this from the baptismal vows, although they still recommend that people abstain from caffeine. They have interpreted the Old Testament dietary laws as prohibiting the eating of some foods. The church recommended avoiding red meat for many decades before medical science caught up with them. Many SDA member are vegetarians who supplement their diet with eggs and milk."
