Florida Medical Center in Ft Lauderdale, Is it a good place to work??

Hi guys, i will be interviewing with Florida Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL soon and I would like some feedback from people who know the facility.

I have a couple of years of experience but going into new specialty so they want me to sign a 3-year contract.

Its kind of scary considering that its a Tenet hospital :( - has a bad rap.

Any thoughts? i would really appreciate any feedback!

I've been there a couple times, I didnt like it but I guess it depends on which unit you are working in.
