Florida Atlantic University (FAU) BSN to DNP Summer 2023

Hi all, was looking to see if anyone applied for the 2023 cohort BSN-DNP at FAU. Also I wanted to create this thread to get some info from previous cohorts on how the program is. I had my interview on Tuesday March 7th. Has anyone heard back yet? Anxiously waiting!

Hi! I did not apply for BSN to  DNP at FAU, however I did apply for the MSN-FNP program starting in the fall. I am joining your thread to see if anyone has gotten any calls for interviews for MSN NP2023? I have not heard anything yet, but I did hear from co-workers already in the DNP and MsSN programs at FAU, that they interview the DNP applicants first. 
 

last year I applied to the DNP and did not hear the decision until 2nd week of April, after my interview, unfortunately, I did not get in. Wishing you good luck! And hope you hear something soon.

Thank you for replying to my post. I haven't heard anything I'm hoping to hear something soon. I hope you get in this time around. I have NOVA as my backup plan, but Nova is very expensive ??‍♂️. Are your friends in the program already or they applied for the Summer term?

I looked into Nova as well, way more expensive, but a great school. My co workers are currently in the DNP program. And a few others in MSN FNP.

Hi. Congrats to all of you on your acceptance. I'm a BSN to DNP student who will be graduating in December and I'm starting to purge my office of books that I no longer need. These were all books that I needed for the program (not sure if they're still party of the curriculum or not) and I'm wondering if any of you would like them.

Good morning Samantha. I'm not sure if we're still going to use them. I can take them also do you have any study guides that you used for pharm and patho that I can get as well?

I don't have any of my study guides left, sorry. Will you be on campus anytime soon? I figured that might be the best place to meet up for me to give the books to you.
