Floor vs home health

I need help in deciding between staying med surg or switching to home health case management!

I need the good, bad, and the ugly about home health...and go!

Is it home health case management as in in office case management/overseeing field staff or being a field nurse but case managing your own patients?

I prefer the schedule and independence of home health to the hospital. I will say, however, that I am a pediatric nurse and home health in the adult world is a whole different beast with all the Medicare rules.
