I have been a nurse for a little over one year now. I left my previous job because I wasn't happy being a floor nurse. I loved caring for my patients, however I felt like most of the time I was in a hurry and I did not give my patients the time and attention they deserved. After a lot of thinking I decided to take a homecare position with the same organization. I am very excited to start this new journey in my nursing career. I am looking for tips or any advise. Do you like your job? what are some things that have helped you over the years? What is something you wish you knew before starting homehealth nursing? What are some essentials you cant "live without" on your day-to-day visits? Any tips will be appreciated. I will post once I start my job and let you all know how things are going?
