I was thinking about relocating and maybe applying at flagler hospital in Florida. Can anyone give me any information on the work environment, training, pay scale, etc. Thanks!!

if you have experience it may be a bit more, the one I work for around 20$ hr for a new grad, I've heard the larger ones pay a little bit more, and there are night shift differentials, BSN gets you a little more as well, and not alot of raises going on, but they haven't cut staff or changed ratios so can't complain a whole lot

I was thinking about applying at Flagler Hospital. I have family near there and they have had good experiences as patients, but you never know about the work environment.

Flagler Hospital is located in St. Augustine (east coast). It was Florida's first magnet hospital.
I get emails from them from time to time - in fact, I received one from them last week, stating they had several open positions.
