Hello! I have created this space since there wasn't one available. Here we can discuss any details regarding the admission process for the Florida International University Accelerated BSN program for Fall 2022.

At the beginning of the forum we all posted our stats having between 3.5-4.0 GPA and a good TEAS score, I believe you have to get a least 70 or 75 to even be considered. You got this do well in your pre req classes and study for your TEAS !

I have an overall 3.9 GPA. I have all my prerequisites classes done. Only missing Microbiology. I was wondering what is a good book and time length to get ready for the TEAS? Someone told me about 2 months is good. Also can you guys keep me posted of how is the program? I am planning on applying next year and would like to know the application process and also how are the classes. I am very afraid of doing it since I am a mother. Please

Hi! did you end up emailing? who did you contact? I think I am going to contact them as well since it is so unfair they made that recent change.

I got into Nova and it is very close to my house but I do not like how it takes another semester to finish in comparison to FIU. However, the FIU campus being in BBC is so discouraging. I wish they would have announced this sooner as I wouldn't have gotten my hopes up for FIU. I accepted UM but now receiving the acceptance from FIU I don't know what to do.

Hi. Unfortunately FIU was my top choice but due to them switching the campus last minute and having no regard for their students I decided to attend Nova.

Hi, I’m in a similar position. I emailed FIU and I’m going to try to talk to as many people as possible today to discuss options at MMC. I got into Nova and UM and nova is a longer program and UM is so expensive that I am trying to battle it out with FIU and the MMC option

Have you been able to get anywhere with FIU? When I emailed about the campus change they made it seem like there was nothing they could do and we all just have to be okay with accepting a campus 50 min away from MMC -_- how rude

If you please can contact the office of the dean: (INFO REMOVED BY MODERATOR) I’m hoping that if enough of us contact them to take our request under consideration we might get somewhere. I contacted the assistant and she said she will let the dean know but the more people who contact the better!
