  1. Hey @AshleyNE, thank you for creating the FB group.
  2. @Sue02, welcome & congrats! Other than Complio, I've been working & brushing up with my pre-req. exam study guide notes (mostly focusing on A&P).
  3. @Caroline-B-T, good luck with the nursing school you've chosen. I hope everything works out... who knows, we might cross paths, working as nurses once we graduate ?. Wishing you the best of luck as well!
  4. Heads up, I checked myFIU student portal and FIU admissions has been updated, but you have to either accept/decline.
  5. @Cat0610, you have 2 weeks to provide an answer.
  6. I just received the decision from admissions earlier this afternoon! I was accepted, I am so excited!! Congrats to everyone who got in! Fingers crossed for everyone here waiting for a response! Did not know about the Biscayne campus swap, this will be interesting.
  7. I have not heard anything yet, but I will definitely share as soon as I get the email. August is quickly approaching... and we should hear back mid-late August. Fingers crossed! ?
  8. @1125Nurse, @alex0724, & @Caroline-B-T, your test scores & grades are really good, congratulations on your hard work/accomplishments. I was able to have a meeting with one of our admissions advisors, Michelle Coven, a few months ago and she gave me a run-down of what to expect from the program. It is a rigorous program and I remember her sharing that there will be a couple of checkpoints to evaluate whether we know the content. It sounds like the program really prepares us to do well on the NCLEX exam. I am curious what labs & clinicals will be like as well. I really want to go to FIU, fingers crossed we get in!
  9. Was anyone able to complete any volunteer hours within the medical field? I am a little nervous about that part.
  10. Nice to meet everyone. I don't mind sharing stats, 3.75 cum GPA from my Master's, 4.0 GPA on the prerequisites, and TEAS score was 86%. Thank you @1125Nurse for sharing the info from your email. Fingers crossed, good luck everyone!
