Just figured I'd start the thread!

Applied to MICU/SICU & Med Surg/PCU for my second choice.

Unsure why I applied as I am unlikely to be licensed by Feb 7th but - Wishful thinking I guess! Graduation date is 12/15/18. :)

I applied to chula vista ICU also got the self identify email. anybody know when they will contact us about interviews?

Has anybody who applied for MS/PCU received a self identify email recently?

I heard some people have already been told - NO by Sharp's HR which is pretty quick turn around...

In terms of hearing back for Interviews I think that will be in about 2 weeks and continuing on into December.

Sometimes they interview candidates twice, sometimes only once - Depends on the unit.

Monday, October 22, 5pm PST: Last day to apply; all applications must be received

October - November: Applications reviewed

November - January: Interviews take place

February - March: New Graduate Nursing Residency Program begins

I also heard that- some people getting an email stating that they have moved on with other candidates BUT the job posting number in the email did not match to the job posting they applied for. I got the same email the next day after I applied and it was for the ICU but I did not apply for ICU- I applied for ED first choice and second MS so I called HR and she let me know that the email I received was for ICU (because I did not apply to it) and my that apps for ED and MS were still under consideration. Each location and until has its own number. If that makes any sense

@NG2018NG I just received self identify email today, but I had trouble opening the page. It said "incorrect or outdated URL..." I applied for ICU and PCU, what units have you applied?

i just spoke to somebody who said they are still in the process of reviewing the new grad applicants. fingers crossed we all hear something soon!

I applied to MS/PCU first choice and L&D second choice. Have not received any news yet

Got an email to self identify today. Anyone else who applied to ED first choice get one? Wondering if it's a step in the right direction or just part of the process for everyone.
