Just a thread for the applicants of Rady Children's hospital RN Residency for October 2017. My first choice was NICU and second choice was heme-onc! Has anyone heard anything?

Did anyone who applied to NICU do a preceptorship at a NICU either at Rady's or elsewhere?

I did a NICU preceptorship back in Texas... haven't heard anything back from Rady Children's yet.

Has anyone received a status change? I applied last cohort and I had a status change about a week after applying.

no status change for me, or a few other people I know. it's the same status as the day I applied.

I haven't heard anything yet! It is definitely tough finding a job here. Staying positive though! Good luck to everyone!

i recently passed my boards as well and i just called HR to let them know and they were able to update my application!

Congrats!!! I just found out that I passed yesterday and was going to call tomorrow to update my application. Where did you find the phone number for HR? When I google it, I can't find it. I was going to just call the regular hospital phone number and ask to be transferred, but if you can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it!

congratulations to you too!! i think i just called the regular number and asked to be transferred to HR, pretty sure they are open just from mon-fri 8-5pm. goodluck!
