Hey all!

I wanted to start a thread to possibly keep in touch with those who are interested in or interviewed for this new grad program!!

For those of you who interviewed towards the end of June 2018, have you heard back yet?

Yes I'm hoping for this week! Can't wait to start the process!

Still nothing. I will probably email the recruiter on Monday to follow up. One of the internals told me they think it'll be around the 2nd week of August that we will hear. I hope a month is enough time for the on boarding process as I am an external and have lots to complete!

If you do end up emailing the recruiter, please keep me updated. I know we already got the job, but I still hate this waiting game to start the onboarding process haha plus excited to find out which of the four different units we will be on.

I'll let you know if I hear back. I feel the same! Are there 4 units? I only knew of 3 (medsurg/onc, medsurg/ortho, and tele)

I believe each manager was from a different unit. They were medsurg, tele, medsurg/ortho, and oncology.

So she gave me a call today, plus I received the official offer letter. Have you heard back? What unit will you be on?

So happy we finally heard back! I got offered medsurg/oncology nights. How about you?

I know, very happy to hear back. I got medsurg/ortho! Nights as well.

Whats the base pay that you are getting? Is it 52.489 hourly?

Did they give you info on everything else that you have to do since you're external?

Nice congrats! I got the same base pay. The recruiter said 3.25 differential for nights. It isn't in my contract though.. is it in yours?

Yeah they gave me all the info. I completed my background check info and drug screen. Waiting to hear back about the physical. Can't wait to start!

It's not in my contract either! But it will show up on our paychecks.

Let me know once you hear back about the physical. That's actually all I need to do since I'm internal. So not sure when we will receive that.
