I'm not trying to be harsh, but it sounds like you're asking us to do your homework. These very basic items should be covered in your reading and lectures. Besides the fact that laying it all out for you would rob you of the opportunity to learn these things for yourself, each school and each instructor is different in their testing style and their priorities.
I suggest that you look at the end of each of the textbook chapters assigned to you. Most have a section of highlighted points and many also have questions that you should be able to answer after reading the material. If you can't answer them, go back and find the answers in the chapter.
See if you can join a study group. Make flash cards with important points. Get your hands on a review book and look at the appropriate chapters.
Remember, going to school isn't about passing tests. It's about acquiring the knowledge that will allow you to be a safe and competent nurse. The tests are signposts along the way to let you know where to direct your energy.
If, after reading and studying, you have some specific questions, by all means, come back and ask them. That kind of focused inquiry usually receives a far better response than a request to assemble and hand over what you should be gathering on your own.
If I have misread the situation, please let us know that, and tell us what you have done to prepare. Then you can ask for information to fill in the gaps. What isn't a good idea is to ask for everything to be explained. That would indicate definite unreadiness to be tested.
Again, no desire to sound hard-hearted. Only want to communicate the great importance of developing good study skills and habits.
I wish you well.

Oh wow, I think it was a great response. I came across it by accident but I admire your writing style and wisdom.
