First day of A&P and i wanted to die. Im reading my psychology book but my mind is elsewhere TIPS please i nees to stay focused

My advice is make tons of flashcards and go to the lab in your free time a lot.

You're obviously not a visual learner if you're reading and not retaining the info, so PUT DOWN YOUR BOOK and try something else. Try youtube for videos of bio profs teaching a&p, or try recording your prof and listening to it. Read your notes outloud, explain them to your mom/brother/sister/whoever will listen. Read them to yourself in the mirror if you have to. My professor said if you're not studying the way you learn ebst, don't waste you time doing it, find what works for you. Try vark on-line quiz to find how you learn best. Google it, it helped me so much! Good luck to you, I started a&p this week and I'm LOVING it so far!

OP, did you unsubscribe from your own thread? Because people are giving you advice with A&P, yet you have started another thread about A&P. It's ok, to ask additional questions regarding A&P in just one thread you've started. If you see your thread is no longer on page 1, it's because it's fallen to page 2 and so on. It has not been deleted. You seem to have a pattern of asking related questions in several different threads.
