Finish ASSOCIATE dEGREE in Nursing but I dont get the Diploma until June 2010

Hi, I finish recently with 3.72 making magma cum laude. Im excite to start working in the field.

I'm from Puerto Rico and will get my associate degree certification in January. My professor told me that i can start looking for a job. But everywhere I ask I need experience.

Also I want to work in any state of United State or Florida mostly. I call to Florida Hospital administration service and they told me I needed the diploma and experience. I don't understand who is faking it. I want to work already. Can somebody help me achieve my goal?

Unfortunately, this is what many new grads are running into. Hang in there, something will come along, even if it's not an area, location, or specialty that you want to work in.

You need to check out the florida BON website for details on how to get a license in that state. You probably won't be able to do it until you have your transcripts/certificate since you usually need to provide that to get your license.
