Fingerprint clearance question

Hi, everyone. Just wondering how long FBI fingerprint clearance takes before being given a nursing license. I've passed NCLEX but haven't received my Az license yet. The BON says 2-3 weeks. Anyone have them cleared sooner?

Mine took a few weeks. I had to do DPS and FBI prints.

We had to do one set of prints after 2nd semester, and then in last semester we did another.

Know someone who was in your situation, took about 3-4 weeks for them.

I had mine done October 21 this year- in phoenix- still pending on NURSYS.

I submitted mine Sep 15th and I wouldve been good to go by beg. of OCT if my transcripts hadnt been held up.

Mine took about two weeks - but it was summer. Filling everything out perfectly really helps. Go ahead and send your paperwork to the BON. They will just keep everything pending until the clearance comes in.

I sent mine in, hadn't gotten my license a month later, called and they said it would take six to nine weeks. After nine weeks, I called again and they said they never got them :madface: so I had to send another card. That time it took about 2 1/2 weeks.

hey a question folks, I am moving to AZ from WA and will have to get a license (temp and perm) soon. My question is, do the transcripts need to be official or can I bring unofficial to the "walk-thru"? Thanks.
