The new thing in America is electronic fingerprinting which goes directly to the FBI by computer. See if this is available because it is really a time saver.I'm a nurse based in Manila. I requested my fingerprint card a long time ago and it's still not here. A friend of mine compared their fingerprint cards and they all seem to be the same. Would it matter if I asked for their extra fingerprint card instead to save time? would it matter? Thanks

If the person is not in the US, then they are unable to use the LiveScan to get prints done this way.
They still need to use the old fingerprint cards.
