OK, not big, just fat and a weird body shape :).
I am 5' 11" and weigh 350 lbs. I have short legs (28" inseam) and a long torso (along with a big belly). I am trying to find scrubs that will fit me comfortably and be practical.
Size wise I have found that Cherokee Workwear 4xl tall tops fit me well, but I don't like the material, too stiff. I tried some Dickies Gen Flex, and absolutely love the material, but can't stand the pockets in them and they are a touch too short compared to the Cherokee.
Cherokee does make Workwear Stretch, but no tall and only up to 3xl, so no go on those.
For bottoms, 2xl short Cherokee Men's fit great, but again, don't stretch. I have torn the crotch in some when I squat down (the short ones are not as bad a regular length, those are just too long in the crotch).
I tried the Dickies Gen Flex and again, the fit is awesome and they are super comfortable, but 2 problems. The pockets suck (but could live with them) and the biggest issue is no zipper (I'm sorry, if you call them mens scrub pants, they should have a zipper).
Anyone know of some stretchy material scrubs that come in 4xl tall tops and 2xl short mens (ie with a zipper) bottoms?
I have seen some posts talking about Landau scrubs, but not sure if they are what I am looking for.
And BTW, need them in royal blue.

I worked with some bigger men at a previous job. Their scrubs had a flying stethoscope logo. Aviator scrubs I think

Your body shape sounds similar to my husband's. I don't know if this helps, but perhaps you can buy tops and bottoms a bit too large, then have them custom-tailored for a custom fit. Good luck!
