I wasn't aware of you situation, but I like to hear when others feel like they BELONG at certain jobs. It must be a comforting experience to know that you are exactly where you need to be. AND you never gave up on nursing OR yourself. I hope I can feel that way soon! Check out my post earlier which details MY situation...I'd love your advice! :)

I've posted here on and off for the last few months. Ive been so frustrated with being an L&D nurse and job hopped since graduation. I've posted previously that I wasnt even sure I was cut out to be a nurse. WELL...I've finally found a great place to work! It really is a great "Fit". I am now at a small rural hospital and work in the "women's center". We rotate PP, L&D and nursery. It's a small unit with 4 nurses and we all take turns doing pp, L&D, and nursery. It's great! The nurses all work well together and I really like the change of doing something different each time I go to work. It's much less stressful that the larger LDR I was working in. This is my second week but so far I couldnt be happier. I realize there will be ups and downs but i just feel like this place is where I will stay! Thanks to everyone for their kinds words and encouragement to my previous post!:anpom::rcgtku:
