Final Interview @ Cardinal Santos Medical Center

Hi everyone! I am scheduled for a final interview at Cardinal Santos on the last week of April.. Do you have any idea on what type of questions would they ask? Is it like, "explain the pathophysiology of blah blah blah...." or anything that would make my nose bleed? (LOL!) Please help me.. I am now starting to review my nursing notes though.. Just want to have an idea how will the interview goes.. And please pray for me as well.. Thanks!

is it true that the board rating must be 80% above before you'll get approved or get hired?

i will be trying my luck tomorrow. my board rating isn't 80%, i dont have the latest bls training but i will be getting one soon.. i hope theystill consider.. il update you guys tomorrow.. i have to see myself what the real score is..

thats why im kinda anxious..coz i think ive got the requirements but havent received any call from them.

HUHU.. they require an average of 80% or higher? gawd. why do they have to? huhu.. ive succesfully submitted my application last march 23. and they just told me to wait for a call. but still, im waiting. and hoping. huhuhu.

how's the application process done in csmc?do i have to bring my resume or they will just ask you to log in details just like in med city and show them the bls cert and ivt license?

submitted my requirements this afternoon at csmc. when i got there a lot of applicants were waiting outside the hr office.. i learned that they took the test in the morning and they were asked to come back for an interview in the afternoon.

the guard there asked me if my bls and ivt were updated. sadly my bls isn't updated at all. im planning to get the bls training at phc this coming april 5. the guard was hesitant at first but told me to try. however, staff at the hr office were way too busy to attend to the applicants one on one so i wasn't able to explain to them that my bls will be on a "to follow" status.. so i don't know now.. i am not expecting at all.. been through this lotsa times but always gets no calls back.. so frustrating! i just hope for the best and lift everything to Him.

@prinsesa: did you ask when they passed their requirements?

my application has been on standby for over a week already.ive heard that the application process is fast..so im getting nervous.maybe they didnt consider my resume.

do you think we have to call to folllow up our application?
