Final Interview @ Cardinal Santos Medical Center

Hi everyone! I am scheduled for a final interview at Cardinal Santos on the last week of April.. Do you have any idea on what type of questions would they ask? Is it like, "explain the pathophysiology of blah blah blah...." or anything that would make my nose bleed? (LOL!) Please help me.. I am now starting to review my nursing notes though.. Just want to have an idea how will the interview goes.. And please pray for me as well.. Thanks!

@ dalya2011 hows your initial exams and your interview? i hope you passed.

Im still waiting for their call for my initial test.if ever we passed the exam and interview is this for employment or voulunteer? :D

if you passed the initial interview and initial exam, you will be scheduled for their nursing qualifying exam. and i'm still waiting for the results of my qualifying exam. what i heard is that if you passed the qualifying exam you will be scheduled for the final interview.

the nursing qualifying exam consisted more on MS.

they said if we passed the final interview, our start of training will be this coming april.

i just called Cardinal Santos. They arent currently accepting any nursing applications. :(

Hi, i met by chance some nurses yesterday (Mar 21), they were able to submit their application yesterday. Maybe submitting applications personally would be the best idea.

last march 21, I called CSMC-HR to ask if they are accepting application for staff nurse position. The lady HR said: Do you have BLS? IVT? Board Rating of 80% or higher? (i answered Yes) then you can now submit your application.... after an hour, I was able to travel to CSMC then look for that lady HR and gave my requirements and told me to wait for a call for the exam and interview..... hope this helps....... hiring is fast approaching..... training starts after they hire you.....

just wait dude.. if you're qualified.. they will call you as soon as possible..

is it true that the board rating must be 80% before they accept you? i only submitted my resume so far i haven't receive any call from them yet.
