Final Interview @ Cardinal Santos Medical Center

Hi everyone! I am scheduled for a final interview at Cardinal Santos on the last week of April.. Do you have any idea on what type of questions would they ask? Is it like, "explain the pathophysiology of blah blah blah...." or anything that would make my nose bleed? (LOL!) Please help me.. I am now starting to review my nursing notes though.. Just want to have an idea how will the interview goes.. And please pray for me as well.. Thanks!

the text was just like the usual college entrance exam. don't be scared, the difficulty level is okay. It comprises of three parts, first is the abstract then verbal, last is math skills. just bring a jacket with you if ever, because it was quite cold. so it added to my nerves. but everything's good. goodluck. Althoug i think they are not really accepting at the moment, maybe in a couple of months or so because the 2nd batch has just started and the interval from the last batch of trainees was 3months. so there, try applying in other institutions as well. Yes, it is required. After the 3 month training, you will be evaluated based on your knowledge and skills. 50% each. Your future as a probee will be deliberated and discussed by your superiors (from NSO). If you are accepted, then you will undergo another interview again at the HR office (if I'm not mistaken).

exam is usually fundamentals way back what, 2 years ago? hehehe. I worked in Asian hospital though I transferred in this hospital a few months after because I waited for this for a long time.

Hi guys! Anyone here took the initial exam last June 26? I haven't received any call or text from HRD.. Still hoping though.. :D

Anyway, from what I've read from the past posts (2011), the initial exam was actually an IQ exam, yet what I took last week was more on MS Nursing.. Was I in the wrong boat? :lol2:

I pray I'm still waiting for a good news...:nurse:
