same here. have not received any text yet regarding schedule of initial interview which I believe most of the examiners passed the psych exam. i texted hr yesterday around 8pm i asked if they already started informing those who passed the psych exams and will be for interview but I got no reply from her. lets just wait we might receive sms this week.

for those who are interested to apply at Providence Hospital along q.ave, they are currently screening nurses to train then eventually be employed in this new hospital. the hospital will be operational few months from now and they need nurses to train prior to their opening. submit your credentials to the guard and wait for the text of hr regarding schedule of interview.

did the medical director mention to you if when will the hospital be operational?

hi! can i ask a favor? can you describe to us your experience of applying to providence like when did you submit your application? did they contact you immediately or you waited for months? how was the exam.. was it easy, average or difficult? please share to us your experience with providence i'm begging you because i think this is the only thread for providence. thanks and Godspeed.

listen nylam, if your goal is to work abroad, my answer to your question is training or hospital experience. how old are you? if you want to work in a hospital, when do you plan to start?. if i were you i will take risk on following my dream to work in the hospital. hospital experience is the primary requirement than masterals if you wish to work abroad. you must have at least 1 year of hosp. experience. i am not discouraging you on taking masterals but if you cannot have them both, choose one. there are hospitals which offer trainings with high probability of hiring when you performed well like wcc, makati med, st lukes global not qc, medical city and many more. again, just know what you really want in life, what your heart dictates you, your heart's desire. follow your heart if you know how to listen to your heart. you can ask God for signs if its time for you to change path

i believe the first thing you should do is to identify what is it that you really want. if you want to be a nurse in the hospitals, you have to take the risk of having trainings. but choose wisely if which hospitals offer worth trainings and high probability of hiring after the training.

I am a staff nurse from SLMC GC and I came from a not so popular school. Just do your best during the 3 phases. they also look more of your attitude.

There is no rating requirement anymore. as long as you passed the initial screening composed of an exam and interview then you'll be part of the pgnt.

No. They don't prefer nurses from NCR. they welcome nurses from every island of the country to be part of the institution. SLMC also believes that not all the competent nurses are found only in metro manila. I suggest you submit another copy of your resume and board rating directly in the HR. if you become a PGNT though, there's no guarantee that you will be hired since the vacancies were already been filled up by batch 7 which is my batch. but who knows, the turnover at slmc global is so fast. you can be pooled anytime they are vacancies
