I am Jenny Gregorio, I am 2nd year nursing student of University of the philippines college of nursing. I am 18 years old. I chose nursing because my family are all in the united states and they want me to become stable when I go there and they say nursing is badly needed in the U.S.
I am currently having the hard time and not performing "that good" maybe because i did not chose the profession myself. there are many issues in our universities about nursing, one of them is the "POOR" standards of UP when it comes to nursing as shown by the poor performance in the board exams.
The school is beaten badly when it comes to topnotchers by Our lady of fatima university, Silliman and UST. I hope that my batch will perform better in the board exams.
hi everyone..im lee a student nurse in davao medical school foundation..im 23 and nursing is actually my second course..i took up business management before in ateneo de davao and i thought theres gonna be no future for me, so aside from my relatives and friends advice i decided to shift nursing..im about to love nursing and its really learning fun..though im not sot so good in performing because im a kind a always tense during rds and with my terrifying clinical instructors i survived anyway..im in third year now and verry excited on our up coming capping and pinning..its so fun and tiresome everytime we have clinical exposures..my group mates are great and "kalog"..im really enjoying nursing now and i dnt have any regrets of shifting..nice to be part in here..this is such an awesome site..my dream career drives me more when reading some of proffessionals from abroad and some health forums here..goodluck to all nursing students and keep up the best we have especially in health care..let the world know that we filipino nurse are the best despite all the anomalies we are facing now..
