Fibromyalgia and Chronic fatigue resource

I recently came across a resource for this - it is quite good.

I am posting this as l have been using the imagery cds for helping myself to sleep - initially - It uses visualization imagery

Its been developed in Canada and l thought l might post it on here for others who may find it useful -

I am not advertising it and if this breaks the user rules please let me know - and l will remove it

However as it is helping me l thought it may be useful

I thought l would also do a search on previous threads on the subject of Fibromyalgia on this board there are a few but not sure how to bring them up here will have another go

I go to a site that is just awsome for fibro and chronic pain it is at ezboard http://pub123.ezboard.com/bsunshine35546 it has given me alot of info and support.

ok that link doesnt work try going to just http://www.ezboard.com and doing a community search I think it is called friends international or something like that hope you find it.
