FGCU Nursing Fall 2013 Applicants!

U.S.A. Florida

Published

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I just wanted to get a post going for all FGCU School of Nursing Applicants for the Fall 2013 semester.

At minimum, please post your current school, cumulative GPA, and program percentile rank from your TEAS exam.

Good luck to everyone!

Log in to Gulfline > Student> Registration> Order books for Classes> Select Fall 2013 from the drop box> Order Books for these courses.... You don't have to order your books from there, but it gives you a list and I just search them individually online. :)

The paper is much more complicated then the site.... I was pleasantly surprised. It is $105 for that part.

Oh okay that sounds great. I will take care of that as soon as possible. I'm getting pretty excited! :)

Me too. I just wish we had our entire schedules with the labs and all!

The 2 step TB test is $6 on campus :smug:

Wow. I will go there then! I also need a Tetorifice booster and I know they are discounted there as well. I haven't registered for classes though, and I read you have to be registered to be able to get the discounted TB and Tetorifice? I have orientation in early July so I won't meet with the advisor until then.

I still had a balance left for my summer classes and they wouldn't let me get the shot until I paid the rest off. So I don't think they would consider you enrolled until after you are registered. There is only a 2 day window for both the steps, so depending on the date f orientation you could probably still do it there before the deadline.

Does anyone know of some good places to live off campus?

I went to transfer orientation last week, and it wasn't too bad time went by quickly, but i didnt do much there. And i dont know too many places around to live off campus but i know my brother lives in park crest and he seems to like it.

My orientation is soon! What are your plans for housing next year?

I am moving in with my brother next month, for at least the first year.

That's awesome, at least you know where you will be. I'm looking and it's rough especially since I don't know too many people and I heard everyone there parties :/ and I don't want to live in that environment. Ideally I would like to live with nursing students but the chances of that seem slim.

Yea I know what you mean, It's tough to find a quiet place some times. I'm not from the area so sorry I'm not much help, but if I hear of any good places ill post it on here.
