Sorry phone is acting up. I know surfnurse said 4 interviewers. Was just wondering if it was any different for other dates. When they called me they have me 4-5 days to choose from

There are 4 people on the panel all very nice. They are definitely interviewing more than 18, not sure the number but I know there is also a waiting list for those chosen as alternates.

Thanks again for the info. I heard about the alternates. On one post I read someone said they know someone that was 5th alternate . Makes sense though many students apply to more than one school and get into all of them. Then they make their decision on where they will go, unfortunalty it's usually last min,

and the alternate is left scrambling. I know someone at work that said she knows this happened to 3 people she knows. They were told 3 days before classes started and they were out of state.

Yes it would def be stressful finding out 3 days before. The student that I spoke to at the interview said most of the alternates of her class ended up getting I.

Hey everyone! I got my call FGCU yesterday and I got in! I was wondering if anyone else heard good news? I am out of state, so I'd love to hear from anyone/everyone! I'd love some advice on apartments, etc! Thanks!

Congrats! I too got my call. I am from in state. I did check out the area near Summerlin and Gladiolus. I liked it there. I'm really not sure where ppl stay it would be nice to hear from someone who is from ft Myers.

Congrats!!! Haven't heard anything yet:((( I'm supprised they already made their picks. They said it would be 1-1/2 weeks since the last interview date was 17th. Now I'm nervous:( I really felt good at the interview.

Trying to figure out if they called everyone the same day. I didn't get a call for acceptance, rejection, or alternate position. What was the date of Ur guys interview? Kinda hopping they haven't called everyone yet. Maybe they went by dates or abc order. Or at least hoping so. Trying to put my mind at ease. Thank you.

Congratulations surfnurse and TraumaRN! I look forward to meeting you both! I believe she said letters will go out this week with more information, and I'm excited and nervous to see what they say! I will check out some apartments in those areas! Thanks for the recommendations! If anyone from the Fort Myers area has additional suggestions, I'm taking all ideas!

MICUrn, I interviewed on the 10th and my last name starts with a 'W'. They called me around 4pm (central time) on Thursday the 17th. I was very surprised that they called me that same day of the last interviews, but I am out of state and have to obtain my FL RN license so maybe they called me early so I could get started on that! Thank you for that info. Yeah I interviewed the 17th. That's why I'm so shocked. Cause that was even something that I asked when they asked if I had any questions, they told me they would let everyone know 1-1 1/2 weeks. Gosh I hope the out of state thing is the case I'm from instate. But I think one of the posts was from in state
