I'm interested in the Rn-BSn fast track program that is offered by Felician college in Lodi, NJ.
Does anyone go to this school or know anyone that does or did?
I've heard bad stuff about the school, but then I hear that the nursing program is okay.
Any information you have is good..
I have a bunch of questions!!

Is anyone going to MCCC/Felician?
I have just applied to Felician fast track (RN-BSN)- that is going to be held at Mercer County Community College for 19 months, it's one day per week 8:30-4:30pm and the only requirement is that you are a RN, I currently have 2 more weeks at Chamberlain's online class and the reason I am leaving that school is because, it's too darn expensive and they don't have much in financial aid.
So I just hope that these 2 classes transfer in to Felician, otherwise it's just been a waste of alot of money and time.

I go to Felician fast track RN-BSN program and so far so good. We meet on campus once a week, every Thursday and it will stay this way till graduation.
You need to know that more classes u take now less u have to take in Felician, so u basically wont be attending these classes but other students will. They will only approve these taken classes BEFORE u get accepted to the program, but once u are in u have to take all the classes offered by Felician and u cant just do some of them somewhere else hoping they will still accept it.

I will graduate from the Fast Track next month. There are pros and cons.
The pros :you meet once a week, classes are small (10-12),the program really wants you to pass,ur done in 19 mos.School is very small and safe.
Cons:At times the program is disorganized, I found very few of the professors to be professional (knew the subject but couldnt teach),some of the classes were much harder than they had to be bc of disorganization.Statistics,Health Policy, some on-line classes Brutal!!!
Overall, better that totally on-line but Id keep looking!
I am finishing my RN-BSN in 2 weeks and I think I wouldn't recommend this program to anyone. First of all it SHOULD take 19 months, but it really takes 22 months, to me it was a major point why I picked this program, because of 19! months, supposedly. And 3 months to me DOES make a difference, cuz there are many programs out there (and much cheaper) that offer 23-24 months programs. Anyway, some of the classes are harder than they should have been, hybrid classes are insane. U do a LOT of work online PLUS u go to campus. Very few professional professors who actually can deliver their knowledge to students. Every equipment is broken, the projectors, the opthalmoscope etc. In Rutherford campus (I have my last semester there) the cafeteria has nothing to offer. With time you get to the point where you get ****** off cuz you pay for the inconvenience so much money. Also they harass and threaten you in a rude way if u dont have a health clearance done or even of your health clearance is still OK, not expired yet, they try to tell u rudely what will happen if you dont get a renewal. For example you will receive an email from the Dean as well as your professor will receive the same email not to let you in to the class that day. ***. So childlish. Overall surrounding of the campus is depressing, cemeteries looking at you from every angle.
