FCCJ/FSCJ Fall 2010 Hopefuls

I know it is kind of early to start this thread but I thought maybe there were some others out there who are planning on applying for fccj/fscj fall 2010 RN program. Hope you will post on this thread!

I got into days and can't wait to start. See you all in August. Quick question, I'm at work and haven't been able to look through the packet. I saw when orientation is, but what is the semester start date? Wanna take a quick vacation before the insanity begins. See you soon!

what day is orientation? in the event that i get the packet instead of the letter lol...i may have to cancel my vacation to the keys for my bday :/ ....it would def be worth the opp. tho :))

I have been stalking this thread to see when the letters came in, but have not commented yet! You all seem like such sweet people and I can now officially say that I AM VERY EXCITED TO GO THROUGH NURSING SCHOOL WITH Y'ALL! I just graduated from UF with my degree in Political Science and Dance... Maybe I'll be a dancing nurse!:D

@Gradin2 - I live off of San Pablo and JTB next to Mayo!

I'm excited to start, but just need to make sure I get everything in on time, etc. AHH! :uhoh3:

Did anyone start an accepted thread yet? We should all meet sometime between now and orientation. Does anyone know where you can go to get all the medical stuff done if you don't have health insurance? I got my titers done before I lost my health insurance and my new insurance doesn't kick in till Aug. 18- go figure. So i have my titers, just need to get the Hep B shot, physical, and TB test, trying to find the least expensive place to do that.

You can go to Solantic, they will do all that stuff.

I would call and price everything with them and then with the Northside Medical Clinic where we have to get the drug screen done. It might be cheaper, and you have to go there anyway.
