FCCA Update

Published

I passed analyzing lit clep (Whew!) yesterday. The FCCA will be sent to me in a paper and pencil format for me to return within 10 days than I am done-WooHoo! It's open book and costs $270.

My friend took the test and said it was Case studies. You have to write out what you would do in certain situations. I don't think there is multiple choice questions. I plan on paying for it on Thursday right before I go to Utica so it will be in the mailbox when I get back.

Didn't you pay for it last Tuesday? They have not mailed it out yet?

I payed for it last Monday. I am supposed to start the 10 day window on Monday 12-1-2008. I hope it gets here or I'll have to call EC.

Thanks for the info.

I remember case studies, delegation (kinda tricky-important to read THEIR interpretation of delegation), and discharge planning. There wasn't any multiple choice and not a lot of room to write answers and it's okay to use pencil! It arrived exactly when they said it would. Altogether it took a few hrs to do. It was definitely nice to take in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace. I think it would be a little nerve wracking to take at a Pearson center. Good luck to you and NCGirl at your CPNE. I loved Utica, everyone was real friendly.

Thank you susieQ72 and NCgirl35!

It arrived on Monday ----the day they said it would---I did it (in pencil) and mailed it out today. I took me about 6 hrs total--------kept changing my answers!

I couldn't imagine taking that at Pearsons!!!!!!!

Does anybody know how it's graded? Letter grade ("A-B-C"), % ("70-80-90") or is it pass fail?
