I have been on this site and I haven't seen any new postings in regards to this FAU 2017 NP program so I decided to start one. Has anyone applied to the program? If so, have you received a interview invitation?

bxrpwr03, I think you'd have to talk to an admissions adviser and ask them this question. I'm not sure exactly what they were looking for, but you sound like a good candidate. I suggest just keep applying I know that there are other schools that will be opening there applications soon. Don't give up and good luck!

Hello all! I am planning on applying to the FNP BSN-DNP program at FAU for Fall 2018...

I just have a few questions if someone in the program or that has applied could please answer.

Do I have a better chance of getting in if I apply for MSN instead of DNP? (I will be applying to start right after my BSN with no RN experience, just nursing assistant experience on a critical care floor)

Is it extremely competitive? My GPA is a 3.3 and no RN experience... is it worth even applying?

Do they have a part time option?
