2018 UPenn BSN/MSN
Is this post for the post BSN-MSN track for fall 2018? I am currently looking at schools to apply for fall 2018 and I really like UPenn... but did I miss the deadline? Most other schools give you until February or March, and I can't seem to find anything on the website

UCF MSN or DNP for 2017
Hi! I am applying for the BSN-DNP FNP program for Fall 2018... For those of you that have been accepted.. did you have any RN experience? I am planning on applying to start directly after I graduate with my BSN in May (from UCF) and am afraid this will put me at a disadvantage.

FAU NP Program 2017
Hello all! I am planning on applying to the FNP BSN-DNP program at FAU for Fall 2018... I just have a few questions if someone in the program or that has applied could please answer. Do I have a better chance of getting in if I apply for MSN instead of DNP? (I will be applying to start right after my BSN with no RN experience, just nursing assistant experience on a critical care floor) Is it extremely competitive? My GPA is a 3.3 and no RN experience... is it worth even applying? Do they have a part time option? Thanks!!

BSN to DNP application advice
Hi! Im currently a BSN student in the Orlando area graduating in May. I have my heart set on applying to a BSN to DNP program that begins in the fall. I also work as a student nurse intern at a local hospital on a critical care unit.. I have a few questions for someone who can answer them. I am looking into applying to UCF, FAU, USF, FSU, and UF.. so any advice on these options would be greatly appreciated. 1. Is it crucial to job shadow a NP before applying? If so, How do you find one to shadow? 2. I am worried about asking for letters of recommendation because so many people are against applying to an NP program right after graduation with no RN experience... Is it ok to ask for letters of recommendation to be sent to multiple schools? 3. What are my chances of getting accepted? My GPA is a 3.36 and the only experience I have are my clinical hours and my Student Nurse Intern experience on a critical care unit. I just don't know how competitive these schools are. 4. Is there anything that is a MUST for my resume?
