I am currently working on my application. I created this thread to reach out to other applicants and potential future classmates. We could provide support and feedback to one another while we apply/wait for acceptance letters.
I have 4.0 GPA in the science courses. Other pre-reqs -- A's except for 2 B's and 1 B+
I took the TEAS twice. I ran out of time the first time and did not get the grade I expected. I was devastated. The second time I took it, I did well and scored in the 99th percentile.
What is your current situation? I confess I am pretty nervous.
Do you know if we have to include references in NursingCas??
All I'm missing is my TB skin and annual health form and I go in for my second TB reading tomorrow morning so I still don't have all of my paperwork in. I'll submit them once my PCP signs off on my forms tomorrow. I think as long as everything is in by tomorrow you're fine. So if you did your fingerprints some time ago I wouldn't worry. I think this process is more for weaning out those who haven't attempted much at all. I spoke with technical support from CP and they said they can rush your items as long as you advise them to do so. Nonetheless, I'm sure we're all fine! Can't wait to meet everyone on Dec. 14th! Once we're all locked in we should consider starting a private Facebook page so that we can all communicate there. It would make things easier!
@roch320 where is the chat with them? because I look at the "Need Help?" portion and I don't see anywhere where I can start a chat. This is probably a stupid question.
Yeah, it's on the University's side to approve that part. I tried e-mailing Juliet Streaty but she has not responded as to who takes care of that part of the application. I am awaiting an e-mail as to who I can contact. I know! I just want to make sure every thing is correct. Almost done!!!
@_future_RN_ The person in charge of the fingerprint is Colleen Slocombe. I talked to her in person last Friday and she said she would enter the info eventually. Since the due date is tomorrow, I will go to her office first thing in the morning.

Ah I see! I e-mailed her and I tried calling her as well today. I even left a message but I have not received a call back from her. I'll try calling her again tomorrow and/or wait for an email from her. Thanks!
Did anyone's fingerprinting get approved? I tried calling Miss Slocombe this morning but I am sure she's busy approving every one's stuff, which is understandable. I left a message for her and I e-mailed her yesterday. I'll try calling her again during my lunch break. If anyone has any update about their fingerprinting, I would love to know. Thank you.
Mine has not been approved and they have been completed for some time now. Are you able to see your results yet? Hopefully by tomorrow we'll see an update. She could be waiting until tomorrow since people still have today to submit items.
