FAU 2015 ABSN Applicants

Published

Applications are open for FAU's January 2015 enrollment date! With just over 4 months until the deadline and 8 months to the start of the program, now seemed like as good a time as any to start a forum to ask questions, relay information, and support possible future classmates.

To start off, I was wondering if any one knew if they normally offer a ABSN program that begins in the Spring. I had only heard of admittance to the Summer semester at the beginning of May.

Best of luck to everyone!

So anyone looking for a roommate?

And also anyone else have an incomplete on there fingerprinting process under "eligible for placement?" I really hope I'm not the only one.

@thatguy777 I considered asking you about the roommate thing for a while. Do you have a form of contact I can talk with you about it.

As for fingerprj ts. I called Certified Profile and she said it was entirely up to FAU to approve that portion. Others have mentioned it not being approved so I'm not gonna sweat it. At this point it is no longer in my control.

I hope we get the official acceptance by tomorrow... Certified profile website doesn't seem to be working this morning?!

Or today, wouldn't mind getting theofficial acceptance today :)

"Eligible for placement" is still not green for me either! I think once they get that VECHS form by mail or person they should change everyones. I went to see one of the advisors last week and she told me if they find you have anything important missing they will email you and that no news is good news so dont worry! We receive our actual acceptance through email again she said ugh. They also register you for classes so no need to do that which is nice! So excited to meet you all in class jan 5!!

Just got the official acceptance letter! :woot:

i don't know why but I'm freaking out that I didn't get it yet!!!

Got the acceptance too! Yayyy

Did you guys get it to your FAU email?? I'm really freaking out

Yes, try reloading and checking spam just in case. But don't worry they come out in waves.
