FAMU Nursing Spring 2012

So I know it's somewhat far out, but anyone planning to apply to FAMU's nursing school in Spring 2012? I'm currently AD USAF, but I will be separating VERY soon (yay! and sad at the same time :crying2:) to pursue school full time. I'm still a few classes short of my A.A., but hoping to have it by summer next year. Anybody else in the same boat? Or am I floating by myself?

I am pretty sure that they took my appt away from me and gave it to you because my doctors appointment screwed up something they were supposed to fax and they probably just screwed me over. I really hope that thats not the case because my appointment was friday @ 130

OMG i hope thats not the case and Im sorry if they did screw you over. I had no idea about the interviews until today and I told her I may not be able to make it on such short notice so she told me that she'll put me down for Friday at 1:30pm and I can call and change it to Monday (AT THE LATEST) if need be. I would try emailing Dr.***** or calling her tomorrow to see whats going on. I hope everything works out

Yeah, I actually emailed her at 9 this morning and asked if she got my documents, and she never replied back, even though she was clearly at work. I dont understand why they wouldnt call me and tell me that I was no longer allowed to interview. Then I got a call from my doctors office at 4 and they were like hey I got the message that you needed something faxed.... i was like WHAT.. YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO FAX THAT YESTERDAY MORNING!!! I was so upset.. I called Dr. ***** and she didnt answer, I left her a VM and emailed her again. I will be SO ****** if i get rejected because of my doctors office screwing up.

I would be livid as well. Hopefully Dr.***** responds tomorrow morning and you can get everything together and interview on Monday

Hey you all, my appointment is also Friday at 1:30... From the sound of it I guess it will be a group interview... Hopefully that didn't happen to you Hrobertson but I'm sure you will be fine...

Awesome!!! I was kinda nervous about the interview lol it sounds like its going to be more of an information session type of thing and I agree I think you'll be okay Hrobertson but I would still def. try to get in contact with Dr.***** asap

I'm going to the interview too! Mine is at 9AM. I live in Orlando so its gonna be a longgg drive but I am determined to get in!

the interview was not too bad actually, i was really nervous going in there but when they started asking questions, the answers just seemed to come out.
