Famu Nursing School Spring 2014

Has anyone already began submitting their applications to Famu nursing program for the spring of 2014? Im about to submit mines. Any pointers? I stay n Miami Fl standing at a 3.5 GPA. Where can i access everything I need. If possible send me a link.

What is your gpa if you don't mind me asking?

I received my email stating they received my application. Woot woot. Can't wait!! I'm so ready for nursing school. I submitted my application on Oct 8th. I'll keep everybody updated. I'm waiting on my call to come in for my interview. I heard everything is done very last minute so the best thing to do if your not staying in Tallahassee is too look for housing now! Online. Call around. I'm already planning ahead! Guys keep me posted. I hope we all get in.

I hope we all get in as well and my application was sent on the very last day because one of my professors handed me my letter of recommendation on that day how inconvenient -___- but I hope that doesn't affect their decision :(

@ Medicalgirl2011 I do not think it will effect their decision from what I heard at the Q&A session they had. I was told they don't look at any until after the deadline. And my gpa is 3.7

Wow that's a really good gpa you shouldn't have anything to worry about I'm sure you all will get an interview

Is anyone worried about housing???

Because I do not want to stay in the dorms but since I stay in another part of Florida it's hard to find roommates! It would be awesome to have roommates that are also in the nursing program!!

I wish they could let us know eariler than December because school starts shortly after...

I already live here in Tallahassee cause I attend famu so I don't have to worry about housing but there are a lot of affordable apartments out here

I have not heard anything about the interview yet...the anticipation is killing me.

I also need a roommate, I think it would be awesome to have a roomie in the nursing program!
