Fall 12 NRSE 4520 Assessment and Promotion

Got 100% on DB. 9/10 for assessment because I forgot to underline, and 22 out of 25 for teaching plan even though she said it was very nicely done, something about measurable objectives. I went out of my way (I thought) to make sure they were. Ended up with a 94.68% which 94% is an A...so I will walk away happy. Some how it just sticks in my craw (whatever that is) for someone to critique my work that I spend so much time on. And the critique is one sentence! Show me how you would do it better, so I can learn something from this stuff. It is so arbitrary with each TA!

Congrats on your A. And I agree, "Very nice" is not very helpful. But I got my grades, and I got an A, so I can relax. Happy Holidays e-buddies.

I have 2 grades. Still waiting for the grade on the teaching plan, the one with the most weight, so, I can not relax until I get it. Good job to all of you who have made it through the semester. We had some challenges and although some of it was redundant, I did learn some things that I didn't know before. See you all soon!!

I do not have all of my grades for week 5 yet either.

Finally got all my grades, 100% on week 5, not sure how that happened..... Walking away with a 98% !!!! Glad to be done good riddens and see you all back in 5 weeks..... Enjoy your Holidays all !!!

My TA had a Masters in Education. I got my lowest grades concerning anything to do with the teaching/learning/objectives. Just glad I kept my A at the end.

NOPE, but thanks for reminding me. Last time I didn't get the course eval till like 2 weeks after the course ended. I had to come back to this board and read all my complaints to remember what I wanted to say. :woot:

Same here, I ended up with an A so I'm happy. Just glad it's done with.
