Anyone else taking Assessment for Fall third session?

Suggestions from anyone who has taken it already?

Still so confused what is the narrative??? Do you just summarize all the information you got under heading subjective data and objective data anyone have any input my TA is not responding to the questions

Do you remember the old SOAP narrative from school. Do you think that is what they want?

Once you go through all the systems Integumentary, peripheral vascular and lymph systems and collected all the data. You write one narrative for all three systems together only focusing on the problems correct? Thanks

I think you write out the subjective data, like we did in week one, but just a focused history on the 3 systems. Then we record the objective data from the assessment, and write a brief narrative (summary) of the Subjective, Objective, Assessment and Problem List.

Am I off base?

I think you are right that is what I am doing. Hope it is right.

Does any one know the key to get into the case studies. I registered and payed the 36 but it is still asking for a key? Is this something from one of the books? Unfortunately I have not been able to get ahold of evolve during business hours since they told me on Wednesday that their system was down. Please help thanks

The key is what is listed under announcements " clarification" Posted on November14th.

But I only had to put it in one time.

did anyone else get a bunch of emails with this message? I must have gotten 20 of them this morning, and I finished Nutrition in the first session of the fall.

The only thing I remember about SOAP is that I used it to shower with last night. Ha. Here's what I am doing with the assessment and not sure if it's correct. I gathered the information according to what was in the book. Now, I'm sticking it together to make a narrative or story -- kind of like nurse charting. (Which I don't do ... it's al computerized where I work.) Does that sound right?

Yeah, I think so. S-subjective, O-objective, A- assessment, P- plan.

Got your PM but I do not see anywhere to reply to you. I got the gist of it, however, I did not "list" the subjective and objective data on the assignment -- I just wrote the narrative assessment.

Ugggh............ I check what I submitted, and I thought had moved the evidence based actual/risk to another part of the assignment

instead I copied and pasted, so it is in there twice. Probably will get dinged for that too.

Any way there is about 2 hours left of sun shine, I'm going outside and forget about this for awhile. Good luck to everyone else.
