Fall 2018 Miami Dade College

Updated:   Published

Starting this thread for anyone that have questions or concerns about the 2018 fall nursing program at Miami Dade College. I have a 4.0 science gpa and studying to take the hesi by the end of February. I also plan on applying for the generic full time as well as the accelerated program because I'm not sure which one I want yet. I already have a bachelors from FIU and I literally started all the prerequisites the summer of 2017. If anywho took those sequences can you please share your stories? Pro and con.. And also what is the hesi like!

When do you think will start receiving the acceptance letters.

Hello Prophetajay07,

people are saying that we should be getting those letters starting the 19th of this month through the end of the month. It is hard to predict at this point when those emails are really going to be sent.

Btw, when did you apply?

what is your GPA and Hesi score?

Hello Everyone;

I called twice this week. They told me the same thing, at end of the month.

fingers crossed!

I called this week too and they said end of june beginning of july -_-

We'll just have to wait and see.

The first person who gets a letter please let us all know!! ?

Hello everyone, how are you holding? This waiting is killing me...!!, and I see myself checking my email hoping I get that email...a couple of times I miss read and felt my heart jumping of my chest thinking the letter was there...lol. I called yesterday, and they told me to start checking mid-June. Now, reading past posts, I saw that fall 2016 applicants began getting their letters by June 9th, and 2017's got theirs by the 20th ( delay may be because budget cuts or Lord knows why), I also noticed that the orientation page is updated the day before letters are sent so we should be checking that too. Good luck everyone!

Where is the orientation page located?

I check the orientation page and email like 20 times a day

CosmoHippie if you google MDC nursing school orientation the page comes up

Can you send a link because when I google that exact phrase it sends me to last year orientation page ..

When is the generic full time orientation scheduled?
